选煤厂带式输送机液力偶合器的选型与应用

摘要: 分析了液力偶合器的工作原理和限矩型液力偶合器、调速型液力偶合器等软启动装置在带式输送机控制方面的优缺点,并比较了限距型液力偶合器、调速型液力偶合器等软启动装置的性价比。指出应根据选煤厂带式输送机特点来选择软启动装置,建议在选煤厂降低投资的情况下,优先选择国产液力偶合器。

Abstract: By analyzing the work principle of the Hydraulic Coupler,and the advantages and disadvantages of Torque-limited Hydraulic Coupler,Velocity Modulated Hydraulic Coupler in controlling belt conveyor,comparing the cost-effective of Torque-limited Hydraulic Coupler with Velocity Modulated Hydraulic Coupler. Selecting of soft-start equipment in the coal preparation plant is depending on the character of belt conveyor is proposed.At last,the suggestions that Hydraulic Coupler is prior option when reducing the investment in the coal preparation.
